RETURNS IN PENINSULA

Returns of products will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. To do this, you should contact us at info@izas-outdoor.com. In promotional periods, this period may be extended exceptionally.

To request the return of an order, you must contact us at info@izas-outdoor.com or via chat. All returns must be previously notified to customer service.

There are two methods of return that can be chosen by the client:

  • 1. Or, from Izas we will give the collection order and the transport company will collect the return and whose cost will depend on the place of collection (Spain Free, Europe Free).
  • 2. Or in the case of the customer who makes the shipment, the cost of this will never be paid by Izas-Outdoor. You must also contact info@izas-outdoor.com to indicate the return and we will provide an address for delivery of the package. Once the product has been received and verified, it will proceed to the refund of its amount (without deducting the cost of transport) for the same payment channel for which the order was made.

The item must always be in perfect condition, keeping the labels and protected by its initial packaging. The printed order must be returned and sent in an opaque wrapping. On the outside, the delivery address of the order will also be indicated.

RETURNS IN EUROPE

In the orders of the European Union, they will not have a return cost. Only refunds will be accepted within 14 days, from the reception of the order at the customer's indicated address. For this, the garment has to be in prefect conditions, as it had been received, and with the original wrapping. The printed order must be entered in the return and sent in an opaque envelope. On the outside, the delivery address of the order will also be indicated.

The return period is 14 days from receipt of the order for notification.

In both cases, if we take care of processing the collection as if it is the customer, you must contact info@izas-outdoor.com to manage the refund of the order and be aware of the receipt of a return.

OUT OF EUROPE

For returns outside the European Union, you must first consult with the Customer Service department in order to know the return procedure in each case. Always with a deadline for the request of 14 days from the receipt of the order.
